  1. Contract Employment: We place a Career-Forge.com employee with your company to work on a contract or project basis.
  2. Contract-to-Hire: We place a Career-Forge.com employee with your company to work on a contract basis. When the contract expires you then have the option to hire that employee.
  3. Direct Hire: We find candidates for a permanent position directly with your company.
