We contact the job seeker about jobs that fit their profile
(via email, phone, or live event)
We screen the job seeker against the requirements given to us by the employer's recruiter
(mostly via our employment site, but sometimes via phone calls)
We place qualified screened candidates for consideration with employers
Employers call candidates for phone or live interviews
(and hopefully a candidate that we placed receives and accepts a job offer)
