Job description:The Operations Coordinator is responsible for effectively processing Insertion Order Contracts in the internal system and handling various order-related requests from a diverse group of internal customers while ensuring contract parameters are maintained. This position will receive a high level of direction and support from manager and team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Analyze Insertion Order Contracts, identify any potential issues and communicate with Sales and/or Legal to resolve them
-Utilize Internal System to effectively process Insertion Order Contracts, including assigning a unique system account name to each campaign, and confirming and setting appropriate deal and campaign statuses, flags and fields throughout the order process
-Effectively manage assigned Order Processing distribution list and respond to various change orders and contract-related requests in a timely manner
-Communicate with Operations Analysts and Sales and utilize the Internal system to enter invoice data for all assigned campaigns on a monthly basis while ensuring invoice data complies with contract parameters
-Identify recurring campaign issues and/or process improvement opportunities, communicate to manager and help to resolve issues and/or implement new processes
Required Skills
-Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications with emphasis on Outlook, Word and Excel
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with various internal customers
-Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of a team
-Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and quality of work
-Strong analytical skills
