Web Designer

Job description:
We are looking for a fearless designer to embrace a fast-paced environment with a large variety of interesting projects. Candidates must have exceptional design skills and a proven ability to design user-friendly interactive solutions. Individual is responsible for exploring and conceptualizing creative solutions and will be exposed to a diverse range of clients and projects. We’re looking for a truly creative thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
-Responsible for the conceptualization and design of interactive solutions from concept to completion.
-Understands technology and is able to communicate ideas to Web Developer(Bonus if the person can do development)
-Developing templates and flow charts for e-commerce applications.
-Demonstrate high standards of workmanship, attention to detail and adherence to industry standards

Job requirements:
Experience/Required Skills
-Highly creative and fearless when tackling new projects
-Proficiency in Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, with excellent HTML/XHTML and CSS skills
-Able to bring your design from an image layout to XHTML/CSS using tableless design
-Experience with diverse content types – static, dynamic, rich-media, etc.
-An awareness of current trends in web site development and the tools necessary to build interactive projects.
-Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility with broad-based knowledge of Internet best practices
-Ability to take direction
-Effective written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent organizational skills  

Optional Skills
PHP and MySQL. JavaScript and or AJAX application knowledge is a plus.
