Customer Service Representative

Job description:Fast-growing company looking for responsible, charismatic individual to cultivate and maintain informative, helpful relationships with customers. Individual should be a flexible self-starter with people skills. Experience is preferred, but not required. Details of the position include:
-Answer/make calls to potential and existing clients
-Provide existing customers with personal account information quickly and accurately
-Diligently answer any questions the customer may have
-Be readily available to the customer throughout the business process
-Communicate and explain all aspects of the program to the customer
-Follow-up with customer(s) as necessary Job requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or similar level in experience)
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to learn and implement best practices in customer service
-Outstanding leadership skills
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Dependable work ethic
-Superior project management skills
-Excellent computer skills (Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
