Join our growing team and provide technical support to our company 20/20 Mobility Suite customers. Candidate must be a self-starter with willingness to learn new
technologies and work in a dynamic team environment.
Job requirements:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Record customer issues, diagnose problems, research solutions, generate defect reports, and
communicate clearly and effectively with technical customers.
Reliably work scheduled hours, including after-hours in an ‘on-call’ basis.
Candidate must solve technical support issues and escalate to others as needed. Candidate
must continually grow technical and operational knowledge of internal solutions
and associated wireless technologies, devices, and equipment. Candidate must become proficient in the use of internal CRM and Defect
Management packages.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
2- 5 years experience in the following areas: SQL, MS SQLServer, Oracle, WLAN, WWAN,
Windows XP, PocketPC, Windows Mobile 5, JBoss, Java EE architecture, Microsoft Office. Prior
experience interfacing with external customers in a technical environment preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in technical field preferred.
