Senior Account Manager

Job description:
Company looking for a self-starting individual to begin and maintain customer relations. Duties include:

-Receiving/making outbound calls to potential clients by analyzing marketing data
-Providing customers with personal account information and answering any questions
-Maintaining an available relationship with the customer throughout the business process
-Communicating with and explaining the program to the customer
-Customer service follow-up

Job requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree preferred
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strategic, data-driven thought processes
-Ability to implement best practices in sales and customer service
-Motivating leadership skills
-Strong work ethic
-Superior written and verbal communication skills
-Outstanding project management skills
-Excellent PC skills (Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
