Telemarketing Professional

NFM currently has a number of exciting opportunities available for skilled individuals!

NFM’s Telemarketing Professionals are responsible for identifying, qualifying, and producing quality leads for the sales department. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for new and existing customers and will be accountable for handling a high volume of inbound calls. Duties and responsibilities include-

•Identify and qualify customers and refer leads management;
•Gather relative information from potential clients and arrange phone appointments with sales staff;
•Receive calls from prospective customers; answer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and in a highly professional manner;
•Educate customers regarding NFM’s products and services;
•Perform quick, accurate data entry;
•Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
•Must have high degree of skill in speaking to others to convey information effectively. Must exhibit a professional phone demeanor and professional attitude at all times, in a manner that successfully represents our organization.
•Must be detail oriented and customer service focused.
•Must have the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic fast-paced work environment. Must have an understanding of what is required to meet production quotas.

Job requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Minimum of 1-2 years previous call center experience.
•Strong written and verbal skills strongly required.
•Must have knowledge of general computer software and telephone equipment.
•Must have familiarity with Microsoft Office.
•Knowledge of mortgage industry and product preferred.
