JOB SUMMARY
Our experienced Loan Officers are responsible for generating and developing business from loan applicants with a variety of financial needs. The successful candidate needs to possess strong communication skills and a willingness to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, team environment. 

Job requirements:
•Candidates must have 2+ years of proven sales success in the mortgage industry.  
•Excellent negotiation, sales, and closing skills.
•Ability to organize activities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Strong communication and time management skills.
•Ability to develop sales strategies, techniques, and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment.
•Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conforming, and Reverse Mortgage programs.
