Facility Administrator / Nursing team

Job description:
The Facility Administrator is responsible for the administration of activities associated with services to licensed Care Facilities and for other services rendered off-site and not associated with on-site end stage renal disease (ESRD) patients clinics. This position provides supervision of professional and non-professional care and coordination of services provided in various licensed hospitals and facilities that have provide services to patients of and under the license of the facility.  Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and supervising the nursing, technical and biomedical staff as well as ensuring equipment and supplies are maintained to provide high quality patient care.  This position also acts as the liaison between programs, the facility, physicians and hospital directors of nursing and participates in budget formulation and review while managing the budget of the acute program.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Current RN licensure in state of employment

• Four (4) years of experience in dialysis related clinic preferred

• Current CPR certification

• Supervisory experience preferred

• Ability to effectively work with patients, hospital personnel and physicians

• Ability to work overtime with little or no notice

• Ability to work on-call and/or rotating schedules when required
