International start up company seeking an experience Director of Sales. Compensation includes base salary, stock options and a strong commission package.

Job requirements:
-The candidate will be an experienced and seasoned sales professional and a solid book of business
-Background will include a deep understanding of and relationships with clients and
-A documented history of closing deals directly with clients, as well as with agencies
-Demonstrated ability to manage complex negotiations and a team of sales
-The ability to work independently as the initial sales director
