Job description:
Our Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for:
•    Manage multiple projects and provide guidance to customers and staff
•    Desiging and configuring a game plan to assist clients and customers and take the nessasary steps to implement a process flow.
•    Assist with custom business processes, workflows, and contracts
•    Design and develop activities and events for clients 

Job requirements:
•    BS in Commincations is preferred.
•    Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
•    Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow through skills.
•    Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
•    Strong client relationship management skills.
•    Consistent track record of meeting project budget and delivering milestones on time.
