Project Coordinator

Job description:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for effectively processing contracts in the internal system and handling various order-related requests from a diverse group of internal customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify any potential issues and communicate with executives to resolve them
-Utilize Internal System to effectively process contracts and confirming and setting appropriate deals throughout the order process
- Distribute lists and respond to various orders and contract-related requests in a timely manner
-Communicate and utilize the internal system to enter all monthly invoice data that complies with contract parameters
-Communicate to managers and help to resolve issues and implement new processes

Job requirements:
-Knowledge of Windows applications with emphasis on Outlook, Word and Excel
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with various internal customers
-Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of a team
-Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and quality of work
-Strong analytical skills

Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
