Job description:
A full-service advertising agency is seeking an experienced, talented and easy to work with individual.

Because they have experienced tremendous growth, we are looking for an Office Assistant. The responsibilities of the Office Assistant will include billing, providing cash receipts, and other clerical tasks. They will also compose and prepare reports, letters, forms and records. They will be responsible for interpreting data, maintaining records and calendars, and scheduling and arranging meetings.

Job requirements:
Candidates for this position must have three or more years of experience that includes billing. Additionally, they must be able to type a minimum of 50wpm and be able to operate a 10-key. Computer literacy is required. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are essential to the success of the Office Assistant.
